Built here. Run by neighbors.

Prevention before crisis. Community before clinic.

People are the program.

Every program director, mentor, and volunteer came up in the same neighborhoods we serve. Proximity isn't a talking point — it's how the work gets done.

The Village Wellness Program started because families in our neighborhoods had no early on-ramp to health support — only emergency rooms and crisis lines. We built the on-ramp.

We don't scale through systems. We scale through people — block captains, school liaisons, faith leaders, and parents who bring the next family in.

Show up. Someone already did for you.

Whether you want to join a program, volunteer your time, or connect us to your neighborhood — there's a place for you in this work.
